I'm a proud mama!
Yesterday I actually got lots of time to play in the living room with my kids and I was astounded at how big they are getting and how much they are learning. We bought Elijah a leap frog computer for his birthday and he has had a tough time learning how to use the mouse. Joe and I usually have to sit right next to him when he plays and help him. But yesterday I told him that he could do it on his own and sure enough, a couple of minutes after he was at it on his own he was doing great! He has now almost mastered the mouse. He's doing so well on his games and they have really helped him learn his alphabet. I love watching him do the activities. I know he feels so big having his own computer and being able to do things all by himself.
While Elijah was playing his games, I was playing with Hailey on the floor. I honestly can't believe she is already 5 months old. Didn't I just come home from the hospital? I mean really... Anyway, we were working on rolling over and sitting up. She can roll over from tummy to back if I get it started for her. She can't quite get her shoulder under her yet. But she is sitting up so well! I have to stay close to her just in case she starts tipping, but she can do it by herself for quite a long time. Not only that, she has two teeth that are threatening to come in any day now. Yay! They've been trying for over a month and a half!
I also posted some pictures of Hailey "The Tongue" Ribera and a small sampling of Elijah's smiley face drawings.

Isn't it crazy how much they can learn and so quickly too?! Man, they really are little sponges.
Wow, now that I know you have a blog I can talk to you without even walking a whole 20 feet to your door! Although, I guess every now and then it's worth the journey to see you in person :)
Cute pictures!
You have a blog! Your kids are getting SO big! I will check in often!
